Doug Poldrugo

FOUNDER & CEO
Doug Poldrugo is the Principal and Founder of Kinetic Technical Services. Doug is involved in capture management, business development and operational/strategic initiatives.

Prior to founding Kinetic Technical Services, Doug founded Talentscale, Inc. in 2008 and remains Principal and Founder there. Previously, Doug was the Director of Business Operations for Aerotek, Inc. in San Diego County for 12 years. He was responsible for overseeing all operations and the employees within 3 branch offices. Concurrent with those responsibilities, Doug was the Divisional Manager for Aerotek’s Aviation and Government Services Division in the West Region. Doug was instrumental in the delivery and performance of over 30 Prime and Subcontract awards on fixed/rotary wing platforms, ground & maritime systems, along with GSA Task Order Management services for Facility Support O&M Contracts.

Prior to joining Aerotek, Doug was a United States Marine Corps Staff NCO, Charlie Company 1st Tank Battalion in 29 Palms, CA.

Aaron W. Gill, PMP

VP, AIRCRAFT SERVICES & PROGRAMS
Aaron Gill is the Vice President of Aircraft Services & Programs at Kinetic Technical Services. In this role, he draws upon more than 25 years in the aviation industry and is responsible for business development lifecycle management activities including business development, capture management and proposal management. Additionally, he is responsible for post-award contract execution oversight and program management.

Prior to being selected to build and launch the Kinetic brand, Aaron held multiple proposal management leadership positions with General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, ARINC, Booz Allen Hamilton, Nomad Aviation, HD Supply, and Cerner Corporation, where he managed multiple proposal efforts ranging from tactical multi-million dollar proposals to strategic multi-billion dollar efforts. In his career, he has held Aircraft Integration & Engineering Manager, Technical Programs Director, Project Manager and International / Domestic Installation Site Manager positions with ARINC Engineering Services and Nomad Aviation on large avionics integration programs for various military and commercial aircraft platforms in support of ISR, ASE, CNS/ATM, FMS, SATCOM and cockpit retrofit installations.

Aaron is a Gulf War Veteran, with eight years active duty in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician performing O-level maintenance on both forward-deployed and RDT&E F-14A, A+, B and D aircraft at NAS Miramar, Naval Weapons Test Squadron Point Mugu and deployed aboard the USS Nimitz.

Aaron is trained in the Shipley methodology and has been an active PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2013.

Bill Ulmer

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Bill possesses over 25 years of management expertise gained from leadership experiences in the military and commercial spaces.

Prior to joining the Talentscale team, Bill held key leadership positions in the engineering, geotechnical and environmental industries as Executive Vice President at SCST, President of G-Force and President and Co-Founder of Sullivan International Group.

Bill is a Gulf War Veteran, with seven years active duty in the US Navy as a Nuclear Engineering Officer, where he served aboard USS Jouett (CG-29) as OI Division Officer, Naval Nuclear Power School (Orlando, FL), Naval Nuclear Prototype (Charleston, SC), USS Enterprise (CVN-65) as Assistant DCA & Nuclear Engineer, and EWTGPAC (San Diego, CA) as Surface Warfare Training Officer.

Kristin Wolfram

DIRECTOR of HR & COMPLIANCE
Kristin brings to Kinetic Technical Services over 10 years of experience providing payroll, accounting, and HR support. Kristin has handled these duties for companies ranging from 25 to over 200 employees. She has a track record of providing the highest quality of employee service and customer support throughout her career.

Kristin is the Director of HR & Compliance for Kinetic Technical Services and she is responsible for handling many of the company’s back office functions as well as providing operational support for Kinetic Technical Services. Kristin conducts new hire orientation, payroll administration, benefits administration, and handles employee relations for Kinetic Technical Service's workforce. She manages client invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Kristin is a Quickbooks specialist and she supports Kinetic Technical Service's CFO with maintaining the company’s bookkeeping records.

Alfredo Ruiz

DIRECTOR OF DELIVERY
Alfredo brings over 14 years of staffing industry experience and has held roles as a Recruiter, On Premise Manager, Branch Manager and Account Recruiting Manager. He has worked closely with various Manufacturing / Aerospace companies focusing on fulfillment of the following skill sets: Administrative, Accounting / Finance, Light Industrial, Program Management, Engineering, IT, and Aircraft Maintenance. Alfredo has also assisted in the building and development of recruiting teams and office personnel on recruitment strategies, best practices, new hire onboarding processes, payroll, and invoicing. He has earned a reputation with his previous employers as having a strong work ethic and being a high quality producer. Alfredo leads all will lead all hiring, training and development of the Recruiting staff and is responsible for all quality control, ongoing reporting, customer satisfaction and performance management. Alfredo works closely with business development leadership counterparts to ensure that as opportunities are identified, the resources are coordinated and delivered to meet customer expectations and internal delivery goals.

Eric Khassanov

Director of Business Development, Engineering Services
Prior to joining Kinetic, Eric spent 6 years in the Recruiting Industry helping companies identify and employ talented professionals. Eric was responsible for providing training and mentorship to new recruiters while in the role of Recruiting Manager. During this time Eric focused his recruiting efforts towards the Aviation/Aerospace & Defense, Light Industrial, and Automotive industries, working with a variety of candidates ranging from touch labor technicians to R&D engineers. This wide scope of recruiting led to a passion for connecting with talented people and being able to provide rewarding opportunities to these individuals. At Kinetic, Eric is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities and clients in support of growing the Engineering Services offering as well as maintaining existing business relationships with customers. Eric is a USMC veteran who served in Afghanistan during OEF deployed with his squadron, VMGR-352 as a KC-130J Aircraft Mechanic. Eric’s love for aviation stems from his grandfather who was a pilot and was the initial motivation for joining the Marine Corps Air Wing.
Chris-Glaze

Chris Glaze

Director of Business Development, Staffing Services
Chris comes to the Kinetic team by way of the U.S. Air Force. He served for eight years as an Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic on the B-2 Stealth Bomber. After being discharged from the Air force, Chris continued his career in aircraft maintenance doing heavy check maintenance on large commercial aircraft. After a couple of years in civilian maintenance, Chris decided to take his knowledge and talents and put them to use in the aircraft recruiting and staffing sector. At Kinetic, Chris is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities and clients in support of growing the Staffing Services offering as well as maintaining existing business relationships with customers.

Jose Vives

Senior Recruiter, Engineering Services
Jose comes to the Talentscale team with an extensive background in the Staffing industry. He possesses 13 years in recruiting, with three of those years spent in large account management. He’s recruited personnel in the aviation/aerospace IT and Engineering spaces in support of filling requisitions related to defense, consumer electronics, manufacturing and medical industries. Jose brings more than eight years of experience and leadership to the team, gained from his time at STS Aerostaff and STS Technical Services, where he began as a Recruiter and progressed through the ranks to Director of Recruiting. In these roles he recruited and led teams who recruited A&P mechanics, avionics specialists, structural mechanics and interiors technicians with focus in maintenance and modifying of aircraft in the commercial, private, military and defense sectors.
